He has personally guided 8,000+ students toward higher education opportunities in the USA and UK, including admissions to Ivy League and top‑ranked universities.
Prior to founding the organization, Rituraj served as Country Manager for globally reputed institutions such as Kent State University, Ohio (USA) and London South Bank University (UK), gaining first‑hand insight into global admissions systems and institutional expectations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, an MBA from the Army Institute of Management & Technology (AWES), and multiple professional qualifications in Guidance and Counselling. A British Council Certified Counsellor and NCC alumnus, his leadership is rooted in discipline, integrity, and service.

At Illinois Tech, Anshuman successfully built a strong B2B recruitment ecosystem, driving a 150% increase in student conversions.
A recognized STEM and Engineering recruitment specialist, he has led large‑scale regional initiatives to identify and mentor future innovators. His work includes close collaboration with EducationUSA offices, schools, counsellors, and university leadership, advising on market entry strategy, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth.
